I spent 20mins roaming opposite Ivory, there is no 7th street, even there is no name board etc, I tried calling the number, the number is invalid.

Came here with a couple of friends, we had a good time. Really good rates for alcohol, we had a lot of old monk. Music is decent too. Good for a hangout with a small group.
