The staff at this cake shop is unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely lacking in basic manners. From the moment I walked in, I was met with a dismissive attitude and zero customer service. They don’t seem to have any proper knowledge about the products they’re selling and act as if they’re doing you a favor just by talking to you. It’s shocking how unprofessional and unwelcoming the environment is. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or visit again. There are plenty of better cake shops where customers are actually treated well.
