Mixed Experience – Needs Improvement Positives: The output of the cake matches with out expectation Delivered on time, which was appreciated Areas for Improvement: Some decorations were not eatable, but there was no warning about them . Which was concerning since this was a custom cake for children. What if a child accidentally consumed them? Poor Packaging The packaging was low quality, making it difficult to transport the cake without damage. Even though they offer custom cakes, they fail to provide secure packaging to ensure safe delivery. Final Thoughts For the price, I expected better quality, clear communication about un-eatable decorations, and proper packaging. Unfortunately, they fell short on all three.
