The cake was tasty, no complaints there. However, I was quite disappointed with the service at the store. The staff member present (a slightly heavy-set person with fair complexion) was not polite or responsive. I didn’t feel welcomed, and their behavior came off as careless and disrespectful. We’re paying for the cake, not getting it for free- so basic courtesy is expected. I hope the management addresses this issue, as good service matters just as much as the product.
