The person who handles cash couter is not good in behavior. Also that person would not active on whatsapp for taking order. Cash handling person dont even know how to talk with customer. Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If we are busy while dealing with customer and replying late doesn't meen that , Every time you are still confuse what to buy , you want customised cake , desire simple cake and designer cake cost same .They are costly Please send more money , you aant less in price quality high , increase your paying capacity , after that you want truffle

I had placed an advance order for a cake, clearly mentioning that I needed it by 7 PM Despite this, the cake was delivered at 10 PM — a full 3 hours late. This wasn’t a last-minute order; they had plenty of time to plan and prepare. Still, there was no proper apology, just a casual "Sorry, little delay ma'am" — as if it was no big deal. The lack of responsibility and professionalism was extremely disappointing. A cake is not just about taste, it’s about timing and trust — especially when it’s for an important event.
