I had a terrible experience with Seven Heaven Jhansi. I placed and paid for a cake in advance, but when I went to collect it the next day, it wasn’t even prepared. The staff seemed completely unaware of the order, and to make things worse, the owner was extremely rude when I tried to explain the situation. This level of unprofessionalism and poor customer service is unacceptable. They clearly don’t value their customers or keep their promises. Never ordering from here again — and I strongly recommend others avoid this place too. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
