I ordered a cake from this branch, but when I noticed that another branch of the same brand was offering the exact same cake at a lower price, I requested to cancel my order and get a refund. Unfortunately, the team has been completely unresponsive and hasn't taken my request seriously. It's disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of accountability. The condition of the cake was completely ruined. Both the restaurant snd zomato delivery is responsible. I even asked to write the name on top of the cake but it was not written. How hard is it to follow such small instructions. Both zomato and 7th heaven is responsible for ruining someone's birthday cake. Shame
