Cake was not fresh even when I asked for a fresh cake only. It felt very chewy. Celebration ruined. Need much improvement. Happening second time with me. This place offers both a restaurant and a cake shop. The cakes here are absolutely delicious, especially the pineapple cake, chocolate cake, and butter scotch cake—they are fresh, flavorful, and truly delightful. However, the restaurant needs improvement. I tried the Hakka noodles, which were overly spicy and pungent, making the taste a bit overwhelming. They should focus more on balancing flavors in their restaurant dishes while maintaining their excellent cake quality. The overall ambiance is good, but better attention to food preparation would enhance the experience. I ordered cafe latte cake from here and trust me, this was the worst cake I had ever eaten in my life. Moreover, I don't know who the baker was, but he has to be the worst cake designer you will ever met. I specifically asked to design the cake elegantly and instead they delivered a poorly designed & baked cake to me. There were too many bubbles in the cream as it was prepared without care & expertise. It was for my birthday celebration, but this cake ruined the mood. 7th heaven is a branded name, but it heavily disappointed me and this got to be my last order from this place and I would never ever recommend anyone to buy any bakery product from this place.
