I have visited twice in the month of Jan 2025. First time when i ordered pastry was slightly hard. I was like ok thats mild dryness. Again visited on 30 Jan felt too much hard and its not worth. Seems like They are not checking the quality of what they serve on daily basis. Informed in counter they checked rest of pieced and majority were in similar conidtion and offered to test the hardeness. Thats a good guess but need to check before serve or they have to check quality on daily basis Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

I ordered customised cake for my son’s 1st birthday. They spoiled cake and party atmosphere. Owner is spoke very confident and high but he failed to show it in cake . While taking orders he says “ leave everything on me and I’ll give you the best cake “ in reality local and road side shops will give you best quality and beautiful cake than 7th heaven . Even 1 is not worth of giving them . For this worst cake they charged me 8250/- rs. If you’re planning for some special occasions please avoid going to 7 th heaven.
