I ordered dark chocolate truffle cake for my husband's birthday .This was my first order from here and I was a bit sceptical to order from here because of some the negative reviews. But I took my chance and it was truly worth it. This was a truly indulgent experience. The cake itself was incredibly moist and had a deep, rich chocolate flavor that wasn't overly sweet. The truffle filling was exceptionally smooth and creamy, melting in my mouth with each bite. The balance between the cake and the filling was perfect, and the overall texture was simply heavenly. The rich cocoa aroma was enticing, and the aftertaste was a pleasant, lingering chocolate sensation. This is a must-try for any dark chocolate lover. Also, I forgot to add the delivery instructions while placing the order but afterwards I called the restaurant and shared the details. They were very humble and did their perfectly. Absolutely disgusting professionalism. Especially the one who picks up the call for orders. This is literally the third time, he has no sense of decency, no politeness, no consideration for the customer's queries: all in all he needs to retake his whatever diploma that was required because I have never interacted with anyone who can test my patience like that. And such a lousy scam, he wouldn't pick up the call when we demand a proper solution. Donot sit on that seat if you cannot manage the cafe well. And from what I have noticed from all other reviews the staff is indeed the problem. The food is good, I have to admit. Although I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of y'all were scammed here and there. Hopefully the main branch takes due notice of the customer reviews and enhances the staff's operation Food: 4 Service: 1
