From the visitors' point of view, the satisfying service doesn't exceed guests' expectations. The 7th Heaven Banka atmosphere can seem pretty to some guests. Most clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

I recently ordered a cake from 7th Heaven,Banka and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The cake was dry and lacked flavor, and the decoration was not as described or shown in the pictures. Additionally, the customer service was poor; Rude behaviour,my inquiries were not handled promptly or professionally. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I will strongly recommend to others not to be ordering from 7th Heaven Banka. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I went to 7th Heaven, there are two employees, one female and one male, who have no idea how to behave and talk to customers.He spoke to me in a very rude manner today. Very Bad behaviour. Meal type: Other Service: 1
