I recently had the misfortune of ordering from 7th Heaven Aurangabad, and I'm still fuming about the experience. I specifically ordered one cheesecake and one baked cake, but when I opened the parcel, I was shocked to find 3 chocolate balls added without my consent! When I questioned the staff about it, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a weak excuse that they "thought" I had asked for it. Are you kidding me?! This is a blatant attempt to increase sales by adding unwanted items to orders. The staff refused to cancel the item, and I'm left with no choice but to pay for something I didn't ask for. The price of the chocolate ball? A cool 60 rupees, which I didn't agree to pay. The lack of customer service and respect for customers' orders is appalling. It's clear that 7th Heaven Aurangabad is more interested in making a quick buck than in providing good customer service. I would not recommend this bakery to anyone. The quality of their products is not worth the hassle and disrespect you'll receive. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
