Nicely cooked chocolate cakes and good doughnuts are among the dishes to be ordered at 7th HEAVEN. At this place, you can order dishes as a takeout. A lot of reviewers have noticed that the staff is well-trained at this place. A number of visitors suppose that the service is spectacular. It is known as a place with homey decor. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is charming. But this spot hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

I had a mixed experience at this restaurant. I had placed a cake order a week in advance for a special occasion. However, when I went to pick it up, I was informed that the order wasn't prepared due to a shortage of ingredients caused by the chath festival rush. What was disappointing is that I had clearly requested the manager to take the order only if it could be delivered on time without any issues. Still, no prior communication was given, and I was left in a tough spot on an important day. That said, once the issue was highlighted, the staff did try to make up for it. The cake they eventually provided was fresh and tasted really good — no complaints on quality. I appreciate the effort at the end, but I hope they improve communication and planning during busy times. A good product can’t fully make up for poor service.
