I’m absolutely furious! I placed an order from this restaurant and received all the usual updates — "order received," "food prepared," "waiting for delivery" — only to have it CANCELLED after more than an hour of waiting! I’ve been sitting here hungry and checking for updates, thinking the food was on its way, only to be left with nothing. This is completely unacceptable. Clearly, this restaurant has zero respect for its customers' time or needs. If they can’t fulfill orders properly, they shouldn’t be accepting them in the first place.
