"The hotel is disappointing and does not match the photos. The rooms were damp with peeling plaster, dirty windows, and stained linens. The washrooms were unclean, and basic amenities like towels and soap were not provided by default. Staff was polite but unable to resolve issues. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay."
