It was my second time experience which is better than last time. Mr. Abhishek and his team in which Mr. Dhanjay and ms Sunita served their services very remarkable way. Also mr. Pravat did very excellent job by suggesting is food and beverages. So overall Room & view from the room and Secondly food was amazing. Thanks 7 apple team to making this trip memorable. Service: 5

Request to read full review. Beware of scam safety and Privacy of guests. The location of resort is good as it has a trekking point only. Rest swimming pool shower not working. Play zone for kids is too small. Indoor activity room is too small. High tea include only pakoda and Tea/Coffee. Dinner quality too bad compared to their cost. Breakfast is good however less staff to attend order **Beware of following scam** We have booked 2 room [ 1 room-3 adults and 1 room- 2 Adults &1 Kid] through booking.com. by paying 50% amount i.e.7500/- We repeatadly asked the 7apple resort for booking confirmation through what's app and Call. However the resort authority didn't send us any confirmation. After reaching there the resort receptionist and duty manager denied saying 2 room are booked only for 2 single adults in each room. The resort duty manager said that we are not providing any booking confirmation to third party booking. So we have asked him to show the booking confirmation that has been sent to booking.com. however they have not sent any confirmation email to booking.com that's why they denied to show us. After reaching there we have paid extra money for 3 adults and 1 child. So this is **scam** with people as booking.com show us genious discount rate than actual resort price and resort authority not sending their confirmation to the client nor to the resort authority. So this is the setting between resort authority and booking .com to fool the people. After that we have paid him 3 adults +1 kid extra money through cash, and asked for the invoice (bill). However again duty manager denied the receipt of payment done by us on arrival. After 1 hour of arguments and payments they alloted 2 rooms on 1st floor however after opening both the room its seen that in both the rooms guest were staying . So there is no safety and privacy of guests.On checkout day we have asked the duty manager to give us invoice with bifurcation of payment stating that 2 adults- 7500/- and on the day of arrival we paid extra for 3 adults and 1 kid . However duty manager again denied the same thing. . Service: 1

Regret our stay here. There was a party going on in hotel hall with very loud noise. More than noise the problematic part was response of staff members to our noise complaints. At the end the noise lowered down after threat to call up higher management. Service like everything else is definitely not value for money. Would avoid it. Service: 2
