The pasta had more cream & cheese than pesto sauce. The garlic bread was half-baked and raw. I have ordered from 63 by-lane several times and I like their food a lot. never had such an experience before with food quality.

We had ordered food from Zomato and clearly mentioned in cooking instructions that food needs to be made Jain .. they did not follow the instructions and when we received the pizza it was non Jain. .. when we called them the guy picks up and says shall ask manager to call u for the same .. manager doesn’t end up calling for nearly and hour after which we again called them to change the pizza they denied saying inform Zomato .. very bad customer service and manger has no time to come on call ..then eventually they call back and they say we shall refund the money but nothing has been come back to us neither is the pizza exchanged nor is the money refunded back to us

Don’t order from here they don’t live upto their words .. they lie and place is unhygienic .. avoid calling from this restaurant .. they do not read the cooking instructions at all and send non Jain food and just put it as inform Zomato we won’t do anything abt it
