Dear Five Star Management,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to inform you that I have initiated a Five Star franchise business in Coimbatore (Kuniyamuthur) after conducting extensive research, including watching official YouTube videos and visiting an existing franchise location. All discussions regarding this process were held with Mr. Recado Joseph during March 2025, who introduced himself as a Five Star staff member.Based on his guidance, I proceeded with the required franchise payment of ₹6,00,000, which was transferred to the vendor's account as instructed. The payment receipts/screenshots are attached for your reference.We officially opened the outlet on June 2nd, 2025. However, we were recently informed that Mr. Recado Joseph is no longer associated with Five Star. Since our payments and business setup were based on the belief that he was acting on behalf of your company, we now seek your support in regularizing our franchise.Mr. Joseph assured us that:The company would cover two months’ rent.Stock worth ₹1,00,000, a billing machine, and one table with four chairs would be provided.So far:We have received stock worth only ₹42,000 (with no invoice).The second indent arrived in damaged condition, after we made an additional payment of ₹10,000.The third indent included only a few items (list attached).Despite these challenges, we trusted the Five Star brand and proceeded in good faith to set up and run the business.
