As a North Indian, I found the experience at 4 Seasons quite disappointing. Despite there being no crowd, the staff didn’t even bother to take our order promptly or pay attention to us. Service was inattentive throughout—staff didn’t seem to care, no tissues unless asked, no breath fresheners after the meal, and no washbasins inside, which is quite inconvenient. The food didn’t live up to the hype at all. The staff recommended the Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani, but it was a letdown—chicken pieces were dry and lacked flavor. The Apollo Fish had bones, and nearly everything tasted overly sour. Prawns were a bit better, but still too sour for our taste. The prices are high, but the quality and service don’t justify it. Would not recommend, especially if you’re someone who prefers North Indian flavors. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I recently ate at 4 Seasons Multi Cuisine Restaurant, and it was amazing. The food is great for the price and the staff are really friendly and professional. The place is clean too. The only thing they could improve is the bathroom. It needs a little more care. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant. A small fix in the bathroom, and it's perfect!
