Our visit to 4 Seasons Restaurant was quite disappointing. We ordered prawns fry, a chicken platter, butter naan, mutton rogan gosht, chicken majestic, shahi chicken korma, and mutton biryani. While the variety looked promising, the experience did not live up to expectations. The mutton biryani was extremely spicy and overly oily. Even after bringing it to the staff's attention, they simply mentioned that "this is how we serve everyone," showing little concern. It was also quite obvious that the biryani served to us was leftover food, which was unacceptable — especially since the restaurant was practically empty even on a weekend. Another letdown was the service: despite no crowd and plenty of empty tables, it took nearly an hour to get our full order. To top it off, the food is highly overpriced for the quality and service offered. Personally, I would not visit again, nor would I recommend it. 4 Seasons is a great spot for family and group dining. The menu offers a wide range of dishes, from biryanis to Chinese and continental options, all flavorful and well-prepared. The ambience is pleasant, and the service is quick and courteous. Portion sizes are generous and the prices are reasonable for the quality. I recently ate at 4 Seasons Multi Cuisine Restaurant, and it was amazing. The food is great for the price and the staff are really friendly and professional. The place is clean too. The only thing they could improve is the bathroom. It needs a little more care. Overall, I definitely recommend this restaurant. A small fix in the bathroom, and it's perfect!
