I went there around 8 o’clock in the evening, there were no customers at the 4 coffee, so I thought it should be easy and fast to get a coffee. And I noticed about 4 to 5 employees in the back so I really thought this will be quick. I walked up to the counter to order my coffee but the employee at the counter was talking to someone on the phone , so I placed my hand on the counter hoping that would nudge him and he would take my order but that didn’t work. I had to wait almost 5 minutes before he hung up the phone and took my order. After I ordered my ‘Cold brew with cream’ coffee , they took over 10 minutes to prepare it. Once the coffee was ready the guy working at the front counter simply placed it on the counter and didn’t even announce that the order was ready, I was standing right in front of the counter , I was waiting for him to announce that my coffee was ready but he didn’t . After waiting for another three or four minutes eventually I had to walk up to the counter and ask him if it was my coffee and he said yes. So after almost 15 minutes of waiting I was able to get my coffee and leaving with coffe in my hand thinking that if this coffee tastes good I will forget about the horrible customer service and I won’t be leaving a negative review. But they failed me at the taste of coffee too. I have ordered Cold brew with cream before at other coffee shops but this one at 4 coffee tasted nothing like what I was expecting. I really doubt the person that made my coffee knew what he was doing. It tasted funky and it was very difficult for me to finish this coffee. I really wanted to chuck it in the trashcan but After paying over ₹200 I didn’t feel like throwing it away. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹200–400
