I have requested for birthday cake while booking but no arrangements were done. Also bill amount was changed when I asked to pay through the zomato. Hotel management should take a note of this.

Sir When your guests come to our hotel our hostess asks for their names and any bookings they may have. Guest denied that at the time. After dinner when your guests asked for the bill we gave them a 10 percent discount. However they said they would pay through Zomato. If you pay through Zomato,Zomato will provide a 20 percent discount. As per our hotel protocol you cannot receive two discounts on a single bill so we removed our discount.For more clarity please share your contact details.Otherwise you can call me at this number sir 8600006956.
