I went today to 360 degree dining...even after pre booking the space they had no seating arrangements. After reaching there we ordered munchow soup the bowl in which it was served was broken. The service was really slow...the plates and glasses were untidy. The food was average the spring rolls were filled with oil which was not tasting good. The staff was arrogant and was not ready to listen at all. Even after many reminders water was not served at the table. The daal fry had a fried housefly in it. After asking for the manager the staff replied to go and step out and meet the manager on the desk. When the desk was getting cleared by the waiter the fork fell on the lap. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
