I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from your restaurant. The biryani I received was not only cold but also tasted very bad. Considering the quality, I felt the price of ₹240 was unjustified, especially when the dish is worth ₹100 at best. Furthermore, the delivery took 45 minutes for a distance of just 2 km from my residence. I understand that your delivery team might be busy, but it's unacceptable to compromise on delivery time and food quality. I hope you take my feedback seriously and take necessary actions to improve your food quality, pricing, and delivery efficiency. I won't be ordering from your restaurant again unless I see significant improvements. "Terrible experience!
