I’ve been a regular customer of 27 Sweet Walk for 6–7 years. Their cakes used to be amazing, but the quality has gone down a lot. Last year, my birthday cake was really disappointing, so this time we clearly told them to do better for my parents’ 25th anniversary. Unfortunately, the cake again turned out bad. The flowers didn’t match the cake color, and it looked nothing like the reference photo we gave. Attached is the cake and reference photo. For a 10k cake, the result was very poor, no one liked it. The cake wasn’t ready on time. After being such a loyal customer for years and spending a good amount, I’m really disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
