I recently had a very disappointing experience at 24x7 AC Family Restaurant during a get-together event. Prior to confirming the booking, I was assured that the food quality would be excellent and that there would be no compromise on hygiene or ambience. However, what I encountered was completely the opposite. When I arrived at the venue, I was shocked to see that many of the lights were not working, leaving the space dim and uninviting. I was previously told these lighting issues would be resolved before the event, but no such repairs had been made.Even more concerning was the food. The biryani served was stale and unpleasant smell — several guests complained — and it was clearly not fresh. The overall food quality was extremely poor and far below expectations. To make matters worse, the plates and serving areas were dirty and unhygienic — which was both embarrassing and unacceptable, especially in front of our guests. The lack of professionalism and broken promises from the management put me in a very uncomfortable and humiliating position during an important personal occasion. I sincerely hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and improves its services — no one should have to go through such an experience during a special event. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
