The great location of this place makes it easy to reach by any transport. The attentive staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. The nice service is something these restaurateurs care about. But google users rated this spot and it didn't achieve a high rating.

Don't eat any ready made food from this place unless you check it properly. I bought a burger late night when I check it, was rotten.

We are shifting home and so have been regular customers from ast 10 days. One member of the staff is extremely rude. We go to buy things after 8 pm. And our bills are always above Rs1500. We like the sandwiches/wraps/kuchas etc and its been very helpful during this phase. Day 1: We are allowed to bring the purchased items in a basket t our car parked in front of store. One of the staff steps out of the door and waits for us to return basket. Day 2: The rude staff member is doing the billing. The bill amount is Rs 27,00. He insisted I buy the bag for my items. I said my car is right outside and since there was a precedence...I said he can send someone with basket as I have a shoulder issue also. He refused flat. I said that in that case,I will have to reduce number of items. He promptly agreed to send a staff member with basket to our car standing just outside Day 3: I went today at 8:30 pm approximately. I took items to the billing counter. A sweet person was billing my items. The bill amount came to Rs 1700. The rude guy was hanging around the billing counter and passing instructions. As soon as I was about to make payment, I asked the guys counter to put all 15 items in basket as my car was parked just outside. This rude guy butts in with..."basket not allowed outside" I said just day's before yesterday you allowed it" To which he says that it's not allowed at night. I reminded him we come at night always after closing our clinic. But he just refuses and walks away down the aisle with a "couldn't care less" attitude. I just asked the billing guy if bill is finalized. He said not yet. I asked him to take backfill 15 items and walked out. If you keep such unhelpful and disrespectful staff, the experience is bound to be bad despite your products being g extremely good. I am a 55 year old doctor(lady)with frozen shoulder problem. The courtesy shown could have been more and the language and demeanor could have been polite. Very bad experience because of one staff member at Sector 22 outlet of 24x7 in Gurugram. Will definitely try to get his name on next visit .
