Trying tasty sandwiches is a pleasant experience here. Most people say that the staff is terrific at 24SEVEN. A lot of guests mark that the service is professional. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.
Just a poor guy in black tshirt no sense how to deal with customer.

Greetings, We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please accept our sincere apologies for your less-than-satisfactory experience with "24SEVEN TEAM." Kindly share your contact details, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
When we travel abroad, one of the first thing one does, if possible, is walk up to the nearest Seven Eleven store and get, among other things, water bottles and chocolates. I’ve always felt the lack of such stores in India. Don’t get me wrong, Mom and Pop stores and even the big branded ones now dot our markets, but we need one universally available habit that should be the default place to go when groceries, food and other things are needed.
Fortunately for us, we now have 24Seven stores in Chandigarh. They’re one step ahead of their international cousins and are open round the clock! But groceries is not my problem. What I discovered at these plush, energetic and world class stores is the assortment of food items that are available, also round the clock.
For instance, I walked into this store and picked up a heat and eat pack of Chicken Biryani, Kadi Chawal and Paneer Tikka Masala with Parantha combo. These and many other such ready to eat packs are part of their own brand.
The chicken biryani was quite good. Served with salan and a generous helping of chicken pieces, it had the right kind of rice, good flavours and aroma and was brilliantly packed. Just two minutes in a microwave and the biryani is ready to eat. The fun thing here, is that this can be bought at 2 in afternoon or even 2 in the morning! And you literally pick up the packs and carry them home. No orders, prep time or anything. I’m told that the food is freshly prepared everyday and packed under strict norms to maintain hygiene and flavour.
The Kadi Chawal was simply outstanding and rivals the best you may have ever had. The Kadi was rich, medium spiced and tempered with red chillies and oil. Lip smacking awesome. The quantity of Kadi and the steamed rice were both excellent.
The Paneer Tikka was also very good and mildly spiced. The paranthas that came along were superb and together, this is also an excellent combo. I’m looking forward to trying their Chicken tikka masala combo as well.
While this shopping was in progress, we also discovered several other things that are served fresh at their little in-house cafe. For instance, they have waffles. These waffles are served as cubes which make it easy to pick up and consume and are topped with hazelnut, chocolate or maple syrup. Loved em.
We also had - Sub Sandwiches! Yes, how cool it is to get freshly prepared sub sandwiches that rival competing global brands, all while you do your grocery shopping! We had the chicken tikka sub with multigrain bread and it was spot on fresh, crisp and excellent.
You also have local favourites like Vada Pav, Samosa in a Bun and other innovative snacks. Not to mention their perfect American hot dogs.
Since its super cold outside, we were also looking for some coffee. They have Georgia and other options, so your cuppa is fixed. But what drew my attention was this old fashioned steamer that one used to see in wedding functions back in the 80s and the 90s. Remember the fat machine with a spout at one end that the johnny at the desk would use to brew what ex-comedian, now joke Bhagwant Mann best described as “Thalle lagi chaa”? If visions of that era are flashing in your brain, you might want to particularly visit the 24Seven store once. This machine sits in one corner and has flashy lights and label on it that says, “Shaadi waali coffee”. However, unlike the “Thalle lagi chaa” that Mann described, this was one of the best coffees I’ve ever had, out of a machine in public. You have to try it out.
Remember, this place is not a restaurant, however the food and quality is excellent. We also picked up this mind blowing Truffle in a Jar that was this glorious icing on the cake of our store bought meal. They also have half kilo cakes, available readily for those on the spot parties and birthdays in the office.
Overall, what an experience!. The store team told us that they’re expanding to other sectors too and I can’t wait for this to open near my place.
