Visited 24 Carats Mithai Magic at Parle Point to purchase assorted Surti sweets, mainly for gifting. The shop is well maintained, neatly organised and has a premium feel, with an impressive display of traditional and specialty mithai. They offer samples for tasting, which is helpful given the wide variety available. We picked up several items, including the famous Surti Ghari (pista variety among others), along with other assorted sweets. The quality was very good. Fresh, rich and nicely packaged, making it ideal for gifting. Service was courteous, though there was some waiting due to the crowd and it wasn’t particularly fast. However, it’s clearly one of the main sweet destinations in Surat for authentic Surti mithai. Overall, a reliable and well-presented place to buy sweets, especially if you’re taking something back home.
