The Ambience is good. Food is decent. The service is terrible. in the upper floors (decks) there is no washbasin/handwash and finger bowl are also not given. We were a large group and some of us finished eating quite earlier than others (again due to poor service) and we had to sit with dirty hands which eventually dried out since the handwash was downstairs quite far away. The manager was rude when we suggested having a finger bowl or a basin upstairs."Yahan toh aisa hi hota hai"
