worst food ever. don't ever order from this brand. less quantity, raw garlic on garlic bread, breadsticks harder than wood and mayo that's gone so bad it tastes extremely sour. unable to give a negative rating on zomato

Here's an updated review: *0 rating * My experience at 1989 pizza and thickshakes boduppal , was extremely disappointing. Not only was the food spoiled and inedible due to a strong unpleasant smell, The chicken colour was turned into green (thikshaken pasta was good) but the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. They were rude, unprofessional, and showed no regard for customer satisfaction. The lack of politeness and courtesy from the staff made an already bad experience even worse. I expect a basic level of respect and service from any establishment, which was clearly lacking here. They have confirmed that they will get the chicken weekly once, I have requested them to show me the chicken which is used to cook the pizza but they refused and they said you never went any restaurant that's why you don't know the taste of chicken this was very rude behaviour by staff. I would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant until they address these serious issues.
