Unfortunately, my recent experience with spicy chicken was subpar. I found stones mixed with the food, which was not only unappetizing but also a concern for food safety. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve their quality control and food preparation processes. Food: 1

I recently visited this wonderful restaurant during my trip as a foreigner, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The ambience was warm, welcoming, and gave a great glimpse into local culture. Every dish I tried was delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. Ajay, the restaurant manager, personally came to our table to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. His hospitality made us feel right at home, even though we were so far away. Ajay also recommended a few local specialties that turned out to be the best dishes of the night. The restaurant was clean, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely atmosphere for families and solo travelers alike. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that added so much joy to my visit. Visited the 1980's military hotel for lunch after hearing and seeing a lot of favorable reviews, so it might just be that we had high expectations and the place failed to meet those.We ordered spicy chicken appetizer which was more like a Chinese dish which threw us off, the mutton chops were good but felt a tad over gingerish. The nalli biryani was served with rice hot and tge nalli's were cold - had to ask the waitstaff twice to heat it.We also ordered a non veg thali which was brought out first inspite of asking the appetizers to be served first. We also ordered the 1980's special chitti mutyala mutton pulao which was just bland without any discerning flavours. They had some flavored soda's we ordered which were okayish.Overall an underwhelming experience other than the mutton chops everything else was pretty much below average and the service was also below average.
