This restaurant is well located, easy to find and for a pasta and pizza lover, it is exactly what the chef ordered. My son is a pizza critic and the dough and crust got the full thumbs up from him. The dough is prepared 24 hours in advance using a sourdough starter and this enhances the flavour greatly. The crust has a great crunch as well as a lovely chewy mouth feel. Very authentic Italian (I am comparing this to Napoli doughs from Italy and they are near identical). I ordered the pasta bolognese and this was extremely well prepared by the chef and seasoned excellently. I opted for a little extra 'mirch' as I wanted a bite to it and I really enjoyed the dish. Portions are just right and quality is top notch. We will be back for sure. If you appreciate high quality food, do give them a visit.
