Yesterday I visited 18 Cafe House and ordered a burger, chowmein, and a watermelon mojito. To my shock, after finishing half of my drink, I found a hair inside the mojito . This is completely unacceptable and shows zero hygiene standards. If basic cleanliness cannot be maintained, how can customers trust the food here? Such negligence is not only disgusting but also dangerous for health. Definitely not going back, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to risk their health here.
