If you’re in Civil Lines, Roorkee and looking for a place that perfectly blends great food with a soothing ambience, 1671 Coffee Roasters is a must-visit! From the moment I stepped in, the vibe felt warm, aesthetic, and welcoming. The interiors are beautifully designed with a cozy yet modern touch — perfect for casual meetups, work sessions, or relaxed family time. Coming to the food — absolutely delightful! The Veg American Burger was fresh, juicy, and packed with flavour. The Veg Mexican Bowl was a wholesome treat with perfectly balanced spices and textures. The Veg Wrap was soft, well-stuffed, and satisfying. One of my favourites was the Dal Makhni — rich, creamy, and cooked to perfection with authentic taste. It truly stood out. For beverages, the Sanskriti Mojito was refreshing and unique. The Coffee Frappe was smooth and perfectly blended, while the Cookie Crumble Shake was indulgent, thick, and heavenly for dessert lovers. What really impressed me was the consistency in taste and presentation. Every dish looked appealing and tasted even better. The staff was courteous, and the service was quick. Overall, 1671 Coffee Roasters delivers an amazing combination of food quality, taste, and ambience. Definitely one of the finest spots in Roorkee for coffee, comfort food, and good vibes.
