This restaurant is over hyped. They don't provide regular water and will force the customer to buy packaged drinking water which is very much against the SC ruling that hotels and restaurants ought to provide its patrons drinking water for free. The food quantity is too less for the price quoted. They've intentionally kept high prices for thali like fish thali, egg thali forcing the customers to go ala-carte and eventually pay up for the food ordered. Also, customer service is very poor. Came here with family.. The food was not at all good.. Don't opt for the Dal and Chingri here, tastes pathetic .. The pulao was smelling but they were not ready to accept it saying that it's because of rose water..They were totally confused of how many plates they are serving and most importantly we ordered 5 Dak Banglow chicken, they gave 2 plates in 1 big bowl with less pieces of chicken..Be alert if you are going to dine in this particular 16 Ana Bangali restaurant.
