I’m a regular customer to 154, (I went through my Zomato orders and counted - I’ve ordered a whopping 32 times from this restaurant!) but one horrendous experience has put me off it forever. I ordered Open Arms and could not consume even a single bite the paneer and hummus were extremely bitter. So bitter it was most likely contaminated. One nibble gave me a lingering bitter aftertaste in my mouth for hours on end. The whole dish went straight into the bin. For the first time ever I called the store and complained to the manager. (I don’t normally complain but this was really concerning). The manager was absolutely indifferent and was only keen on gaslighting and ending the conversation. He wasn’t even remotely apologetic or concerned. That’s when I resolved to never buy from this brand ever again.
