On 24 October, my sister and I visited Pub 1522 for a casual evening out. We had gone to enjoy a few drinks and requested a Kannada song to be played, which should have been a reasonable request at an establishment that values customer satisfaction. However, to our shock and dismay, the staff responded with excessive force, resorting to physical violence, and hurling abusive language at us. This inexcusable behavior culminated in a male waiter physically assaulting my sister, resulting in a severe leg fracture.
Such behavior is not only unethical but also illegal, as it violates the fundamental rights and dignity of a patrons. The safety and well-being of customers should be the top priority of any establishment. It is unacceptable that Pub 1522 failed to uphold these standards.
I believe it is essential to bring this incident to public attention. By writing this review, I hope to raise awareness about the unacceptable conduct at Pub 1522 and encourage accountability on their part. No one should experience such mistreatment when seeking a pleasant evening out.
