My recent visit to 14's restaurant left me thoroughly disappointed, primarily due to a highly unappetizing dish and the restaurant's unhelpful response to our concerns. The fish dish we ordered had a distinct and unpleasant bad smell and taste. It was immediately clear to all four of us at the table that something was wrong with the quality of the fish. When we brought this to the attention of the manager, his reaction was confusing. After tasting the dish himself and conferring with the chef, he returned to our table and incredibly stated that they didn't detect anything wrong. This was baffling, as the issue was undeniably present and evident to every single person in our party. The manager's defensiveness in the face of our unanimous feedback was frustrating and unprofessional. Ultimately, this experience significantly detracted from our meal. It's truly disappointing when a restaurant not only serves subpar food but also dismisses legitimate customer complaints so readily. Even I can feel the bad smell on my hand after 1 hour also. They billed only the half price of the fish dish (750 instead of 1500). This is the first time we had such an experience from this restaurant. We have been served since the beginning of this restaurant. I sincerely hope the management reconsiders their approach to quality control and customer service.
