I recently visited 145 The Mill in Lower Parel, and it was an amazing experience — full of fun, flavor, and fantastic vibes! This place is known for its lively ambiance and creative menu, and it truly lives up to the hype.We started off with their signature mocktails — refreshing, colorful, and full of flavor. I tried the Star Spark, a fruity mix with green apple, lime, and Sprite — super refreshing! The Watermelon & Mango Mojito was an instant favorite — a perfect drink for beating the heat.For starters, we had a flavor explosion:Gochujang Glazed Chicken – spicy, juicy, and full of umami.Jalapeño Poppers – crispy outside, gooey and cheesy inside.Chilli Paneer – loaded with Indo-Chinese flavors, just the way I like it!The Paneer Makhani Biryani was rich and flavorful — every bite was satisfying. We also tried the Pink Sauce Pasta — creamy, smooth, and well-balanced. And yes, the Chicken Fried Rice was a classic – well-spiced and generously portioned.To end on a sweet note, the Signature Cheesecake was a highlight — light, creamy, and melt-in-the-mouth delicious! We visited 145 lower parel for dinner, the ambience was very comfortable and nice. The food was v.good and so was the service. Friendly staff. We liked the jalepeno popper, the pink sauce pasta, mocktails. I reccomend gng here
