The Hot and Spicy pizza was flavorful, but it did not include the extra cheese I had ordered. The Paneer Tikka pizza was slightly disappointing and could have been better. The delivery was delayed, and the pizzas arrived cold, which affected the overall experience. However, I understand this may vary depending on the delivery distance. Visited 1441 Pizzeria in Mulund/Nahur West for dinner. Tried their chef’s special Thin Crust Krish’s Pizza and Peri Peri Crisps. The pizza was genuinely delicious—thin, crisp base with just the right amount of sauces and toppings. No complaints there. The Peri Peri Crisps tasted great too, but the portion size was surprisingly small. Also, no dip is provided with it, which felt incomplete. When I asked, the manager politely mentioned it’s a management decision—not ideal from a customer experience point of view. Another thing to note: they advertise a Buy One Get One offer on Wednesdays, both on their website and at the outlet. But it’s only valid for takeaway orders—not dine-in. That’s quite misleading and disappointing. Also, the seating area is very limited—just two tables that can accommodate around 6 to 8 people in total. So if you're planning to dine in, be prepared for a tight setup or possible wait. Overall, decent food but not very customer-friendly policies. Worth visiting if you're doing takeaway, but dine-in guests should be aware of these limitations.
