"Absolute Fraud! Ordered Chicken Chilly from 12-12 Restaurant, Kottayam, and what I got was a watery disaster—some pathetic sauce with no real chicken in sight. This is not just bad food; it's outright cheating. If I wanted to drink flavored water, I’d have ordered soup. Zomato should seriously reconsider listing such scam restaurants that shamelessly rob customers of their money. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid this place at all costs!"
