pizza should be delivered horizontal but this delivery guy delivered it vertically making the pizza all messed up

The worst, the base was so hard did not know if it was pizza or a hard biscuit with toppings on it. I ordered this for my mom and kids they literally couldn't bite it and eat it.

though the size was large, taste was average. felt cheese was less n the sauce on the base was too strong and dominating
