Many visitors come to degust nicely cooked biryani, chicken tikka and tandoori chicken. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. The pleasant staff shows a high level of quality at 12 Handi - Simrah Grrand. Good service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. The atmosphere is cool, as clients find it. Pathetic service!!!!!! We have given a order and they take 30 minutes too ready it!!!! The staff are really not trained how to talk with customers!!!! The hotel does not have money to buy a spoon holder cup I have shared photo with you.......the management of the hotel is so bad!!!! The food was good but they need to work on they management!!!!!
