11th Avenue Cafe Bistro in Guwahati is a great place to hang out with friends and enjoy some delicious food. The cafe is situated near the Assam State Museum and overlooks the beautiful Dighalipukhuri lake. The decor is very chic and the ambience is warm and inviting. The staff are friendly and helpful, although they can be a bit absent minded at times.
The food is fantastic and there is something for everyone. From English Breakfast to Red Sauce Pasta to Virgin Mojito to Frappuchino, there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. There are also lots of drinks on the menu, including coffees, teas, and fresh lime soda. The WTF Burger and Oreo Shake are particularly popular.
The prices are a bit on the steeper side but the quality of the food and the view from the balcony more than make up for it. The English Breakfast is particularly recommended, with its combination of brown bread, mushrooms, sunny side up omlette, sausages, fried tomato, and a morsel of chicken.
Overall, 11th Avenue Cafe Bistro is a great place to visit for a nice meal and a lovely view. Highly recommended!
11th Avenue Coffee is a classic example of a fancy-looking cafe with poor baristas. Thankfully Google doesn’t provide the option of zero stars. Today I ordered a coconut iced americano. The menu doesn't mention they use terrible-tasting coconut syrup. Every other place I've tried coconut iced americano uses coconut cream. What 11th Avenue serves is extremely sweet, bad-tasting coconut syrup with almost no coffee. It was literally a dark brown sugar water. I doubt they even use 10g of coffee for a single shot of espresso as it was not even tasted like coffee. I hate when cafes design their menu for aesthetics but fail completely on execution. Is it really that hard to include details on the menu? Why can't you be transparent about what you serve? Probably time to change your barista. Just pathetic! Food: 1 Service: 1
