I rarely write negative reviews, but my recent visit to 10 Downing Street, Raipur compels me to warn others. From the moment we stepped in, the attitude of the staffâespecially the waiter and the managerâwas shockingly unprofessional and rude. Basic courtesy was completely missing. It felt like the staff had no training or understanding of how to speak to or serve customers. Their behavior lacked the most fundamental sense of respect and decency. The service was beyond pathetic. Not only was it slow and disorganized, but any attempt to communicate with the staff was met with indifference or arrogance. It's extremely disappointing when a place that claims to offer a premium experience treats its guests with such disregard. Overall, it was a very, very, very disgusting experience. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid wasting your time and money at this establishment. There are far better places in Raipur where youâll be treated with basic hospitality and get value for your money. Save yourself the frustrationâskip 10 Downing Street, Raipur. Visited late night after the movie, about 10:45 pm with family, food was average, we had Chicken chilli, Mutton Biryani.
