This restaurant offers food delivery for the convenience of its customers. Many visitors point out that waiters serve tasty spicy chicken, spicy french fries and kare-kare here. Clients can order good fudge at Mcdonald's. You will hardly forget delicious cold coffee or great hot chocolate that you can try.

I regularly visiting [Reliance Mall Udhna, Surat] and encountered repeated issues with the air conditioning and charging points, which staff mentioned were not working. Despite multiple visits, these amenities have not been fixed, affecting customer comfort. Additionally, when I inquired about the situation, I experienced unprofessional behavior from the staff ( Do not know the name but staff with the specs), who were unwilling to allow customers to sit comfortably. This negatively impacts the overall experience and does not align with McDonald's reputation for customer satisfaction. The staff is always reply in very rude manner and without any reason comes to the customers and ask them to leave the place if they are done with the food as they cant even wait there. Moreover, intentionally not starting air conditioner even i asked them multiple times and they just ignored it. Worst it is more then worst. I highly not recommend people to not to visit McDonald's at Reliance Mall Udhna. I request you to address these concerns promptly to ensure a better experience for all customers. I appreciate your time and attention to this matter and look forward to an improved experience on my next visit if i change my mind and comes there. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Honestly this McDonald's food is very yummy and amazing I try 1st time my side is 100/100 for everything so I recommend try and enjoy your mill Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Veg Bargar, Coke M, Mac Aloo Tikki Burger Combo, mc Aloo Tiki, Fries Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
