Red velvet pancakes

The dough is not very different from the basic pancake dough, except that we add cocoa, as it should for red velvet, red food coloring. You can have a filling of strawberry jam, cheese cream and ricotta plus a slight sourness of lemon juice. Pour chocolate on top and decorate with berries!
