Service was not at all good. I asked them to decorate the room for one of my friends birthday and they charged 5k just for decoration but it was not worth just some balloons, and roses. they didn't even keep the Happy Birthday sticker and it was not looking like a birthday celebration. Room service is not at all good,they keep us waiting for the order. Also if you are looking to cover all places in Madikeri then it's too far from all the sightseeings. Service: 1

The restaurant is the worst i have ever been to. Right at the entrance the guards try to poach you to their restaurant. Once you enter the restaurant it gets worse. Only 2 waiters for the entire restaurant. The food is below average with premium prices. If you like pathetic food with exceptional delay and like reminding them 3 times then do visit. Also the portion size is horrible. Expect like 4 pieces with mostly bones for 300. Service: 1
