The fact I see people giving low rates to this place is because of their price. Overpriced and less Ice Cream. I have tried : Swirl of vanilla and chocolate- good n creamy.

And Rose falooda : Was good but essence of rose fragrance dominated.

Ice creams are everyone's favorite. And kwality walls had a good name among the ice cream brands. But this one in the Phoenix mall food court is an exception. The quantity is less and overpriced. They are not asking your choice of ice cream flavours. They decide what has to be in your ice cream and also they are not asking for toppings too. I have to argue with them for the ice cream and toppings. One casatta sundae is 135₹ but the price is not worth for the service and quality/ quantity. Better avoid buying here.

Swirls are over priced and doesn't give a worth it feeling. The service is fast but it's a very cramped spot. There are better options for ice creams available on other floors of phoenix..
