One of the worst cholae bhatura I ever had. Even the cholae bhaturae in South India or at home are better than the plain, bland and boring cholae bhaturae they had prepared. The bhaturae were hard and the cholae were half cooked. They should shut down the joint and move to some other business instead. K se Kulcha turned out to be a major disappointment on every front. The highly anticipated chole bhature and dal makhni with chur chur naan were shockingly bland, flavorless, and couldn’t even match the level of an average roadside dhaba—let alone a proper restaurant. What made things even worse was their total apathy towards customer needs: they outright refused to provide any packaging for leftover food, forcing diners to waste it. In today’s world, such indifference to both taste and sustainability is downright pathetic. Save your money and your palate—avoid this place at all costs.
